DealerRefresh Webinar: Increase Online Conversions

First up, is mention of our DealerRefresh Webinar with Ian Cruickshank from Speed Shift Media. Ian and Jeff and I talked about increasing online conversions by increasing return visitors. Ian explained how the most engaging traffic to dealership websites comes from return visitors, concluding that huge investments directed at bringing new site visitors result in poor conversions and digital marketing results.
